As a fiscally sponsored organization of Access Philanthropy, we require a brief quarterly compliance report to document financial activity and governance.

This report helps ensure that all sponsored projects remain in compliance with IRS 501(c)(3) requirements and allows Access Philanthropy to maintain accurate administrative records.

The report should take approximately 3–5 minutes to complete.

Timely submission of compliance reports helps Access Philanthropy meet IRS and grant reporting requirements. Organizations that do not submit required reports may experience delays in grant disbursements, fiscal sponsorship services, or other administrative support until reporting is complete.

Please note that the form must be completed and submitted in a single sitting.
